Where Is Your Store Located?
Answer: Our office and Physical store is based in Sta. Ana, Pampanga, (Infront of Iglesia Ni Cristo ).

Are You Open To Tie-Ups, Dealership And Reselling Offers?
Answer: Yes! Just send us the complete details at herprintssouvenir@yahoo.com.ph and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

What Time Are You Open?
Answer: We're officially open from 8am to 7pm, everyday from Monday to Sunday. You can still text or give us a call past those hours, though. We announce our operating hours on holidays via pbajerseystore.blogspot.com and our official Facebook Page networking site.

Q: In What Currency Are Your Products Denominated?
Answer: Our products are denominated in Philippine Peso (PhP).

Can I Bargain For The Prices?
Answer: Generally, all prices posted on our website are final. It's a great buy already at that price, that's for sure!

How Do I Pay?
Answer: We accept bank deposit, Cebuana Lhuiller as well as Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not transact via GCASH, Smart Money and Western Union anymore due to security issues.

What Are Your Bank Account Details?
Answer: We will supply this information to you once item availability has been confirmed.

How Much Is The Shipping Fee?
Answer: Shipping fee varies on your location and the size of the item you bought. Upon ordering online, you will receive a confirmation email with the respective computations depending on the orders you've placed, the shipping method or payment method you selected.

I Just Paid. When Will You Ship My Order?
Answer: We will ship it once we have verified your payment with the bank or your payment channel of choice. Please note that cut-off for same-day shipping, next-day receipt is 2pm.

How Long Would It Take Before I Will Receive The Item?
Answer: For Shipping: 1-3 days (within Metro Manila)
                                    : 3-5 days (Provincial Areas)
For Cash-on-Delivery :  5-7 days (within Metro Manila and Provincial Areas)
For Pick-Up                 : Same day pick-up

I Haven't Received My Tracking Number Yet. What Should I Do?
Answer:  As a policy, as soon as we have sent your package for shipping, we will send to you the tracking number immediately. We usually send the tracking numbers at night. You may also contact us if you still haven't received the tracking number.

What Do I Have To Bring?
Answer:  For meetup transactions, only the payment is required.

How Much Is The Cash-On-Delivery Fee?
Answer: Cash-on-delivery fee depends on your location. Upon ordering online, you will receive a confirmation email with the respective computations depending on the orders you've placed, the shipping method or payment method you selected.

Do You Ship Nationwide?
Answer:  Yes, we ships items nationwide.

Do You Do Cash-On-Delivery Nationwide?
Answer: Yes, PBAJerseyStore do cash-on-delivery nationwide.

Do You Serve International Deliveries?
Answer: Currently, we don't serve international orders on a large scale. You may get in touch with us if you need help with orders of this nature as we can work out a plan for your order.

Can I Reserve A Gadget For Later Purchase?
Answer:  We only have a one-day in advance reservation policy for our gadgets, as these items sell out fast. Let us know your order one day in advance or in the early morning of your date of purchase.
